In the City of Dagupan, public utility transport enjoys normal operations as local operators opted not to join the strike.
ABS CBN field reporter and anchorman Jonathan Ortega interviews the Acting Mayor on the effect of the Nationwide strike launched. Alvin was just glad to state that the business operations of the city remain normal and unaffected except for a slight reduction of commuters from neighboring town due to about ten percent reduction of jeepneys which joined the strike.
