Drivers and operators of Downtown Loop Service recently had a dialogue with Acting Mayor Alvin Fernandez and Public Order and Safety Office Chief Robert Erfe Mejia.
Discussed were clarifications on the ordinance recently enacted by the city.
To avoid confusions on the definition of a part of the ordinance which allows jeepneys to travel on days that they are considered disallowed to ply, such as emergency and other justifiable reasons, the POSO shall provide for a detailed mechanics on what JUSTIFIABLE Reasons are.
