Students from the Lyceum-Northwestern University once again trooped to the One Stop Business Center (OSBC) of the city, this time to apply what they learned from their previous visit. They applied for a business permit with their proposed businesses that have passed through the the scrutiny of the Department of Trade and Industry at the Dagupan Business Center headed by Mr. Jaime T. Lucas.
OSBC manager Digna Liwanag was more than willing to examine the documents submitted by the students. It passed through the normal process where Arnel Arzadon examined the documents. Representatives from engineering, fire department and the sanitation section likewise evaluated the documents as well as
gave lectures on other requirements, depending on the business. Students listened attentively and asked questions on issues they see as important that the sanitation section must address.
The students were then brought to the City Mayor's Office conference room where they had a glimpse on how financial management decisions are made by the city through the different reports submitted by concerned department heads.
