The City of Dagupan has just finished the Tax Mapping of businesses operating in the city. The Task Mapping Task Force is now focusing on real properties. This means that any undeclared development or improvement shall be re-assessed by the city to make the corresponding adjustments in RPTax.
The effect of this new tax mapping will be the increase in collection of real property taxes. The city has a sattellite picture of the whole area. Any deviation from the aerial picture not reported or applied at the city engineers office shall be deemed unreported and shall have corresponding fees to settle.
