It was a happy reunion for Acting Mayor Alvin Fernandez and Manny Rabara, who has just arrived from the U.S. this 5th of September.
Manny Rabara is the former president of the Pangasinan Association of Greater Long Beach, Inc., where the acting mayor recently visited to represent his father as Guest of Honor and Inducting Officer last August 20.
It was at the same time a sad reunion because Manny came home to attend to the wake of his beloved mother, the late Leonida Balbas-Rabara, who joined our Creator last 30th of August.
Recognizing the efforts that Manny Rabara has done for the Pangasinan Associations in the U.S. of which Dagupenos are active participants, the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Dagupan has passed a resolution of condolence to his family.
Recognizing the effort Manny Rabara has done for the Rosales Association of America, the Sangguniang Bayan of Rosales has also passed a resolution of condolence to the family.
