Chicago-based Dagupeno and photojournalist Manny Zambrano pays a courtesy call to Acting Mayor Alvin Fernandez. Manny is now in the Philippines for a personal vacation with his wife. He is connected with 'The Philippine Weekly', a widely circulated Filipino community newspaper published in Chicago, Illinois. Manny was a freelance photojournalist in Dagupan City, and as such, he contributed photos to all local newspapers in the province. He was once an official photographer of the governor and the defunct PC-INP provincial command.
