Vice Mayor Alvin Fernandez delivers his closing remarks at the ceremonial turnover of eight two-classroom school buildings at the Star Plaza Hotel Ballroom on August 11, at 7 p.m. The school buildings, which were donated by individual members of the Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, were received by officials of the Department of Education headed by Ms. Aurora Domingo, OIC-city schools division superintendent. The new school buildings were erected in the elementary schools of Caranglaan, Bolosan (two units), Pantal, Sabangan, Gueset, and Bonuan Boquig
(two units).
