Engr. MacArthur Samson has been installed as second president of the University of Luzon during an investiture ceremony at the Dagupan City Astrodome this morning. President Samson succeeds his father, Luis Samson Sr., who has opted to remain as Chairman of the Board Trustees. Vice Mayor Alvin Fernandez was among the new university president’s well-wishers.
