Vice Mayor Alvin Fernandez, president of the Rotary Club of Dagupan, meets with other Rotary Clubs presidents from Cluster 2B, which is composed of the Rotary Clubs of Dagupan, Dagupan East, Downtown Dagupan, Mangaldan '94, Calasiao, Uptown Dagupan 2000 and San Fabian, to finalize plans for the forthcoming Cluster 2B Meeting on October 15, 2005 where PNP Director General Arturo Lomibao will be the guest of honor. Among those present during the meeting were San Fabian Mayor Mo Libunao, past district governor, Assistant Gov. Irene Libunao and RC Dagupan Secretary Edwin Aguirre. The Cluster 2B Meeting will be held at the Inn Asia Hotel and Restaurant.
