rodome, where Pangasinan Gov. Victor Agbayani, Vice Gov. Oscar Lambino, Binmaley Mayor Sammy Rosario and Lingayen Mayor Jonas Castaneda were also in
attendance. He later had interaction with GMA executive Jimmy Po. Alanis, head of regional television. The vice
mayor
was later invited to deliver the welcome remarks during the press conference of ABS-CBN’s Kapamilya Caravan at the Star Plaza Hotel, where he met Atty. Abigail Querubin, ABS-CBN’s cluster head for Luzon. For the first time in the history of Dagupan, the astrodome was literally filled inside and outside its compound with GMA 7's SOP fans spilling to the streets, blocking traffic along Tapuac district. In the ABS-CBN's medical mission at the West Central Elementary School, more than 1,500 patients received medical attention.
