Speaker Jose de Venecia distributed Philhealth Card to 3000 families at the Don Alipio F. Fernandez, Sr. People's Astrodome. This is the second batch of recipients from Dagupan that were fortunate to be given such a card that would ensure healthcare provision from accredited hospitals. The Speaker likewise distributed 320 medical kits to the 320 BHW's of Dagupan City. The Barangay Health Workers are volunteers that visits the homes of barangay residents to monitor and facilitate medical assistance whenever needed. The BHW is headed by Roberta Bing Biazon. Joining the Speaker are the Barangay and City Officials.
