VM with Capitanes
VM shares a light moment with capitanes before the Bangus Caravan that is considered the longest motorcade ever assembled in the city for the Bangus Festival. As per the city information, they counted about 400 cars and 300 motorcycles that participated in traversing Dagupan, San Fabian, Manaoag, San Jacinto and Mangaldan for the grand opening of the Bangus Festival celebration.
Lions opens opening of Bangus Festival with Interfaith Prayer
Lita Duque, president of Lions leads the opening of the first event of the City's Bangus Festival celebration. Prayer. Pastors and Ministers of different religions were invited to offer prayers for peace and unity amongs dagupenos and filipinos. They also offered prayers for world peace. Councilor Nick Aquino delivered the welcome remarks while Mayor Benjie Lim delivered the main message. VM Alvin offered a prayer for National Unity.
Pantal Senior Citizens to grow vegetables
VM Alvin and Office of Senior Citizen's Affairs Pacoy Torio are invited by Kagawad Hermenigildo Mejia of barangay Pantal to show his personal vegetable garden. The vice mayor then coordiated with the Pantal Senior Citizens president Gil Vismanos that they shall be provided with SP funds to propagate vegetables coming from Kagawad Mejia's vegetable garden. Capt. Gary Rayos also gave his support to the project by allowing the use of an empty lot beside the barangay hall for vegetable nursery.

Black Saturday with Deltacom Bantay Dagat
Acting Mayor commends the different organizations that had help in the rescue operations at the Tondaligan Beach last April 15th. The operations of the PNP, Red Cross, City Government and Deltacom and other volunteers was a success. Professional lifeguards were able to resucitate a drowning victim to consciousness. Red Cross was instrumental in this life saving moment. SP Chairman on Tourism Councilor Joey Tamayo and the Deltacom were able to save two lives who rode a salbabida when they notice this two beachgoers waving their hands signalling that they have lost control going back to shore. Robert Tello, president of Deltacom together with Councilor Tamayo immediately got a motorboat and rescued the drifters.
