Rotary Club of Dagupan joins ConCom Consultation

Rotarians trooped to the Pangasinan Regency Hotel in Calasiao town for their contribution to the proposals and recommendations for the amendment and changes that maybe introduced in the present Constitution. No less than the secretary of RCD Dr. Edwin Aguirre presented the results of the workshop on the form of government. The group, composing of representatives from various sectors, voted overwhelmingly for the shift to Unicameral Parliament from the existing Presidential-Bicameral set up.
