Edgar Basbas, present to Vice Mayor Alvin Fernandez and members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod their trophies in the recently concluded 1st PSSupt. Allan Purisima Shootfest in Lingayen town, where the vice mayor himself won the LGU category of the competition. Also during the session, Dagupeno members of Team Philippines who saw action in the tae-kwon-do competition in South Korea, presented their medals to the Sanggunian
g Panlungsod. Another winner, a young swimmer, presented his winnings
at the SP.
